Room Occupancy Policy

Single Rooms: These are available for individual occupancy, please refer to a our single occupancy pricing.(Couples retreat fall under a different pricing policy)
Shared Rooms: For guests choosing shared rooms, we will match you with another participant. You can request to be paired with a specific guest.

Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the retreat start date. If not paid by then, the reservation will be considered canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Health & Wellness Policy
Please notify us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs.

Participation in activities like yoga, hiking, or ceremonies is voluntary, and it is the guest’s responsibility to understand your body and limitations. We have a doctor in house that is available to meet for 1:1s to discuss your level of comfort to ensure that you feel comfortable with the physical activities.

Code of Conduct Policy

To maintain the serenity of the retreat, we expect all guests to engage in respectful, kind behavior toward others. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance. We have all made efforts and arrangements in our personal life to attend a safe and inclusive space, aiming to disconnect, and expand in a secure environment. The community we have built has become our sanctuary and we hope to do this for you.

Photography and Media Policy

We may take photos and videos during the retreat for two main reasons, one to provide a media kit and have your own memories of your Tinku experience and for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance. We will provide waivers upon arrival.

Travel Insurance Policy

We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Interruption Insurance, available at checkout. This will protect you in case of unforeseen circumstances, travel delays, or last-minute cancellations.
